اداره امر به معروف حکومت سرپرست در شهر مزار شریف به دکان‌داران این شهر دستور داده است تا با زنانی که پوشش مورد نظر این گروه را ندارند، خرید و فروشی را انجام ندهند.
مامور اداره‌ی حکومت سرپرست از طریق بلندگوی مسجدی به کسبه‌کاران، دکان‌داران و خیاط‌ها گفته که برای زنانی که حجاب شرعی کامل، روبند و چادری ندارند، خرید و فروشی همراه‌‌شان نداشته باشند.
این دستور از طریق بلندگوی مسجد جامع کارته صلح شهر مزارشریف پخش شده است.
